HISTORY OF RCPL

Rotary Club of Pasay Libertad (RCPL) started from a TaxHelp in the Philippines project. Most members are TaxHelp Core members headed by its founder Rizaldy S. Menor. It emerged from a conversation during a TaxHelp in the Philippines Relief Operation for earthquake victims in Abra.

The club was chartered on December 09, 2022 with 27 members in Rotary International District 3810 under the (PLP) Phenomenal Leaders Presidents Team led by Charter President PLP Ness N. Morco.

The club was officially presented and inducted on June 30, 2023 by PLP District Governor Joyce Michelle Ambray in the presence of other District Governors and other District officers. RY 2023-2024 club Presidency was turned over to HCP Gerald Roman Sare.

Comprised mainly of Accountants, Businessmen, and Professionals, RCPL has actively engaged in district activities and service projects, embodying Rotary's motto "Service Above Self."

Under the current leadership of United Chosen President Jorhiza Asis, the club looks forward to furthering its impact in RY 2025-2026.
